Jennifer Timbes Leadership Scholarship

The Jennifer Timbes Leadership Scholarship is awarded annually to a senior who exhibits outstanding leadership qualities, who is involved in community service, and who displays qualities of high moral principles. The applicant must be a member of the National Honor Society and must be active in a religious organization of his/her choice. An essay on leadership and an interview is required for finalists. The scholarship awards $1,000.00 to the candidate selected.


Required qualifications are as follows:

  • The candidate may be male or female
  • The candidate must attend Conway High School campus
  • The student should be a recognized leader on campus, preferably with elected leadership roles
  • The student should be a member of the National Honor Society with a clean discipline record
  • The student should have a record of community service outside of school activities
  • The candidate must be actively involved in a church or religious organization of his/her choice


*Qualified candidates will be invited to interview with a selection committee comprised of family members of Jennifer Times, members of the CHS faculty, and members of the community.
